“My work explores themes of memory, identity, time andthe human condition. Although seemingly complicatedthis often leads me to simple forms of expression andsymbolism. Another concern for me are my childhoodmemories which are a sort of puzzle; to find and piecetogether the missing pieces, which do not always fittogether precisely. I like exploring the surface image, deliberately veiling or reflecting the image.”
