A catalogue to accompany 180th Anniversary edition of our Modern Masters series.
The Modern Masters series was first conceived ten years ago and has been a platform for bringing together artists, past and present, with an eye on rediscovery and changing perceptions. Here artists are exhibited individually and in the context of their peers, both close contemporaries and across the generations, side by side. Included are vintage and recent essays alongside a broad range of art, giving insight into our rich history and presenting opportunities for rediscovery.
The publication includes essays by Guy Peploe, Chris Brickley, W. Gordon Smith and other contributors.
