Anna GordonBorn: 1971
Anna Gordon has worked as a jeweller since graduating from Edinburgh College of Art in 1994. Her jewellery is made predominately of precious materials, including oxidised silver, 18ct gold, and platinum.
"My inspiration comes from my environment and contrasting opposites. Black and white, hard and soft, natural and man-made, delicate and strong. I use these ideas to create pieces that can be enjoyed by the wearer and the viewer alike, the oxidised surfaces appearing as linear sketches on the body."
Anna Gordon had a solo exhibition from 30 November - 22 December 2018.
