St Jude’s | The Art of Collaboration | Objects
The Art of Collaboration sees the design studio and publisher St Jude’s make a welcome return to The Scottish Gallery, with an exhibition showcasing the paintings, collages and prints by a group of artists that founders Simon and Angie Lewin have worked with over the past 20 years. Simon and Angie have also curated a selection of objects by makers represented by The Gallery. These makers have often crossed paths with artists associated with St Jude’s.
Featured artists:
Clive Bowen | Dovecot Studios | Jill Fanshawe Kato | Lizzie Farey | Fitch & McAndrew | Andrea Geile | Katrin Moye | Guy Royle | Terry Shone
Amongst the Trees | Andrea Geile
Andrea Geile is a trailblazing sculptor, renowned for her innovative work in Corten steel, a material which has become synonymous with her distinctive style. This summer, visitors will encounter Geile’s sculptures both outdoors and within the gallery space itself. Consequently, everything within this exhibition becomes part of Geile’s sculptural garden, blurring the lines between art and environment.
