Live Painting with Pascale Rentsch

West Beach, North Berwick
Watch award-winning artist Pascale Rentsch paint en plein air on North Berwick’s West Beach. Working directly from the landscape, Pascale responds to the shifting light, weather and atmosphere of the East Lothian coastline, creating paintings that capture a true sense of place.
The live painting demonstration takes place from 10.30am on Friday 31 July on West Beach, in front of The Anchor, Elcho Green, North Berwick EH39 4BB.
The event marks the opening day of our Summer Exhibition with Clare Blatherwick Jewellery, presented as part of Fringe by the Sea. Following the demonstration, visitors are warmly invited to continue their visit at Clare Blatherwick Jewellery, where a special exhibition of Pascale Rentsch’s latest paintings will be shown alongside a selection of engraved silver by Malcolm Appleby.
