The works in the exhibition date from between 2010 to 2015 and focus on different locations across Britain. Included in the show will be oils from Uglow's travels across Scotland, studies of the Great Ouse River and the island of Lundy in the Bristol Channel, as well as paintings from Cornwall, near to where the artist lives.
All the work in the exhibition was created in situ and are based on the artist's direct response to the landscape in front of him.
A particular highlight in this exhibition is the work which Uglow made during his epic voyage across the Scottish coast from Solway Firth to the Outer Hebrides; following the footsteps of William Daniell.
