As our exhibitions draw to a close we find ourselves in a very different world from when we first opened on the 4th of March.
The Scottish Gallery staff and artists have had to react, like all of you, to fast-moving and unprecedented circumstances. Even in light of this, our March exhibitions were greatly received by the public and press alike. Thank you to everyone who visited The Gallery.
Please see below to watch Guy Peploe examine the work of Robert Macmillan, and discuss Colin Brown’s collage work with the artist. You can enjoy our edited highlights from David Eustace’s Gallery event, exploring his ongoing portrayal of artist, playwright, and author John Byrne. We also present virtual tours of glass artist Nancy Sutcliffe and studio insights of jeweller Elizabeth Jane Campbell.
